We, May Sun Jieh Enterprise Co., Ltd. pledge to adhere to the core labor requirements by establishing and complying with the following policies

  1. Commitment to Prohibit the Use of Child Labor:
    (1) Provide preventive training to personnel to enhance understanding of the "prohibition of child labor policy" within labor hiring units.
    (2) Verify the age of employees before hiring.
    (3) If instances of child labor misuse are discovered, promptly remove the child worker from the workplace, assist them in reuniting with their family to ensure their safety, investigate any issues in the recruitment process, and immediately take corrective and preventive measures.
  2. Prohibition of Forced Labor:
    (1) Respect the freedom of movement of employees, prohibit forced labor and overtime work, and ensure employees have the right to resign with reasonable notice.
    (2) Establish time management practices in compliance with laws to manage and control employees' working hours and rest periods.
    (3) Provide legally compliant compensation and benefits, including minimum wages, paid leave, and statutory benefits, and prohibit wage deductions as disciplinary measures.
    (4) Prohibit any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, abuse, corporal punishment, physical or mental coercion, verbal insults, and threatening behavior.
    (5) Retain no personal identification documents of employees.
  3. Prohibition of Employment and Occupational Discrimination:
    Do not discriminate against employees based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or nationality, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, status (union/veteran), or marital status in wage payment, promotion, rewards, training opportunities, or any employment or hiring practices.
  4. Respect and Protect Employees' Freedom of Speech, Assembly, Association, and Collective Bargaining Rights:
    (1) The company shall not interfere with or sponsor legitimate trade unions.
    (2) Provide diverse communication channels to maintain labor-management harmony.
    (3) Provide a safe working environment and establish preventive measures.
